anyway , today was exciting as we had Temperature taking , Class Picture & NAPFA TEST !
was looking forward to NAPFAAAAAAA !!

kay , so this was da results .

2.4km run - not sure cause ... :D
shuttle run - 11.0 seconds .
Incline Pull Up - 25 .
Standing Broad Jump - 168cm .
Sit & Reach - 48cm .
Sit Up - 36 .

okay larhh uhhs .

but but , total points i think its 24 .

but but , i think my 2.4km run damn LAN sooooooo maybe grade E .
